Our Wines

Inspirador Blanc

Designation of origin: Empordà
Varietals: Garnatxa Blanca (40%), Sauvignon blanc (37%), Garnatxa Roja (23%)
Ageing: Young wine.
Tasting note: Straw yellow colour with golden hues. Intense aroma of sweet fruit with fine spicy notes. In the mouth it is full-bodied, fatty, enveloping, with a very lively acidity. It is a balanced, persistent wine with a pleasant finish. It has a unique, different and very defined personality, thanks to the Garnatxa Roja variety.

Inspirador Negre

Designation of origin: Empordà
Varietals: Samsó (50%), Garnatxa negra (30%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%).
Ageing: Three months in Bordeaux barrels of French Allier and American oak.
Tasting note: Intense cherry colour. Aroma of red and black fruits at the same time, rounded with a discreet combination of fine notes of barrel ageing. In the mouth it is round, fresh, balanced and very long. It is an intense wine, which marks the personality of the Samsó with very round tannins and a very enveloping aftertaste.

Inspirador Rosé

Designation of origin: Empordà
Varietals: Garnatxa Negra (76%), Ull de llebre (24%)
Ageing: Youthful wine.
Tasting note: Light salmon pink colour. Aroma of citrus fruits, spices and floral notes. On the palate it is round, fresh, balanced and with a long, pleasant finish. It is a complex wine with a lot of varietal personality.
