Gran Claustre is a tribute to the winemaking legacy of the Carmelite monks who founded the Convent of El Carme in 1293. This convent, with its majestic Gothic cloister, was a key center for wine production supplying the County of Peralada, establishing a tradition that endures in the region.

Ageing: 22 months in new Bordeaux barrels of Allier French oak, rest in bottle.
Tasting note: Intense cherry color. Aroma of ripe fruit in perfect harmony with the fine aging notes and a spicy background.
The palate is fatty, fresh, enveloping, with ripe tannins that make it silky.
It is a very elegant, balanced, long wine with personality and a very good aging capacity.
