Festival Rosé

Perelada Festival Rosé is made from Garnacha, Trepat and Pinot Noir. It stands out for its delicate pale pink colour, fine bubbles, red berry aromas and light, refreshing palate. A Cava that reflects the elegance and essence of the Peralada Music Festival.

Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Garnacha, Trepat, Pinot Noir.​
Ageing: A minimum of nine months in bottle before disgorgement.
Tasting note: Pale pink in color with fine, abundant bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of red berries. On the palate, it is light and refreshing, with fine bubbles that enhance its liveliness. Pleasant finish with a well-balanced sweetness and freshness.

Festival Brut

Perelada Festival Brut is made from the traditional Cava grape varieties: Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada. It stands out for its fine bubbles, fruity aromas and elegant, well-balanced palate. A Cava that reflects the elegance and essence of the Peralada Music Festival.

Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada.​
Ageing: The second fermentation takes place in the bottle following the traditional method. The wine is aged in the cellar for up to nine months before disgorgement.
Tasting note: Pale yellow in color with light greenish hues. Clean and bright, with abundant fine bubbles forming a persistent crown. Clean, fruity and lingering aromas. Smooth, complex and elegant on the palate, with excellent balance.
