Peralada 3 Finques is a red wine crafted in the heart of the Empordà, a Catalan wine region renowned for its diversity and rich landscapes. It is made from grapes sourced from three different estates, whose soils, landscapes, and climates come together in harmony to create a wine that reflects the uniqueness of the Empordà.

Designation of origin: Empordà
Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Merlot (21%), Samsó (14%), Ull de Llebre (9%), Garnatxa Negra (8%), Monastrell (3%).
Ageing: Temperature controlled fermentation on the skins takes place at 24ºC. Medium maceration.
Tasting note: Intense cherry red. On the nose there’s a predominance ripe fruit and some fine ageing notes. In the mouth it is nice, well-balanced, with ripe tannins. It has a medium structure. A long and enveloping wine, with lots of personality.
