Your data will be processed for the purpose of handling your request and contacting you regarding any action that may be necessary in relation thereto, the legal basis for the processing being our legitimate interest in providing you with an appropriate response.

Once your request has been answered, your data will be stored for a period of two (2) years, after which they will be duly anonymised for statistical or market research purposes, whenever this is possible, or duly blocked in order to comply with any legal obligation, as well as, where applicable, to address any claim until the limitation period for such claims has elapsed.
