Since 1987, every summer Castillo Perelada hosts one of the most prestigious music festivals in Europe. This cava is a tribute to all the artists who year after year honour us with their presence, shining like the stars of the Empordà sky under which they perform.

Stars Brut & Brut 2016

Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Xarel·lo (40%), Parellada (30%), Macabeu (30%).
Ageing: At least 9 months in the bottle before disgorging.
Tasting note: Bright yellow colour with some greenish tones. Bright and clean. Generous bubble detachment. On the nose it s clean and fruity, with some ageing notes. Very expressive. In the mouth there are ripe fruits, with a hint of nuts and a good balance. Long lasting, tasty, powerful in the mouth.

Stars Touch of Rosé 2016

Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Garnatxa (85%), Pinot Noir (15%).
Ageing: The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, following the traditional method. It stays in the cellar for twelve months before disgorging.
Tasting note: Pale pink in colour. Bright and limpid. Its fine bubbles detach, forming a crown in the surface. Its aroma is clean, floral and fruity, long-lasting and elegant. Complex on the palate, very fruity, smooth, silky, with an excellent balance.

Cava Perelada Stars Touch of Rosé

Stars Brut Nature Reserva 2015

Designation of origin: Cava
Varietals: Parellada (65%), Xarel·lo (20%), Macabeu (15%).
Ageing: At least 15 months in bottle, before disgorging.
Tasting note: Pale yellow colour with some greenish hints. Bright and clean. Its generous stream of fine bubbles forms a perfect crown. In the nose it is clean, with fruity notes and marked ageing notes. Dry, smooth and complex in the mouth, it has a great tasting balance.
