Years ago, Perelada decided to produce high quality wines. These are what some call high expression wines. This new approach has led to a series of investments in research and development.

Cellar microvinification

In the microvinification cellar oenologists can create very limited edition experimental wines. 

Some of the wines elaborated for this research project over the years have been of exceptional quality and character. They come from a single harvest and from unrepeatable specific conditions, which makes them truly unique. 

But only the best become part of the Ex Ex Collection (Exceptional Experiences), a series of very limited edition wines which are presented in a wooden case accompanied by a booklet explaining their characteristics and production process in depth.
